1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and the landlord for the short-term rental of vacation accommodations.
2. Object of the Contract
The object of the contract is the short-term rental of the vacation accommodation by the landlord to the customer. The exact scope of services will be specified in the booking confirmation or the contract.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices for the vacation accommodation will be specified in the booking confirmation or the contract. The customer agrees to pay the agreed prices in a timely manner. A deposit may be due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival or before departure.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Booking of the vacation accommodation can be done either online or by telephone. The customer has the right to cancel the booking free of charge up to a certain time before the arrival date. The exact cancellation terms will be specified in the booking confirmation or the contract.
5. Arrival and Departure
Arrival usually takes place within a certain time frame. There is no entitlement to a refund of rental costs in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
6. Warranty and Liability
The landlord warrants that the vacation accommodation complies with the agreed specifications. The customer must report any defects without delay. Liability of the landlord for damages that do not result from intentional or grossly negligent behavior is excluded.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The landlord agrees to treat all confidential information of the customer confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties. The landlord agrees to comply with the applicable data protection regulations and to use the customer's personal data only within the scope of the contractual relationship.
8. Final Provisions:
If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply. Place of performance and jurisdiction is the domicile of the landlord.
